As the founder and CEO of Prosperity North Advisors, Casey Kendel is a trusted advisor dedicated to helping clients across Arizona protect what matters most. With over 25 years of experience spanning tax, accounting, and commercial insurance, Casey brings a rare blend of technical expertise and personal commitment to every client relationship.

From Corporate Expertise to Client Advocacy

Before starting Prosperity North Advisors in 2020, Casey spent 15 years advising 26 of the Fortune 100 on domestic and international taxation. He worked with leading global companies such as Xerox, CCH Wolters Kluwer, and Thomson Reuters, gaining valuable insight into complex financial and risk management strategies.

Those experiences shaped his mission: to make high-level insurance expertise accessible to individuals and small businesses throughout Arizona. As an insurance broker in Gilbert, Casey believes in education over sales, transparency over pressure, and relationships over transactions.

Life Outside the Office

When he’s not working with clients or serving his community, Casey enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. He enjoys golf, fishing, and camping, and he’s a coach for his sons’ soccer teams. A lifelong musician, he’s also an award-winning Scottish bagpiper and was a bass guitarist for a punk band.

Education and Recognition

Casey holds a Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University and an MBA from Grand Canyon University, graduating with top honors from both institutions. His dedication and excellence have earned him multiple President’s Club Awards and recognition from business networks like BNI and the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce.

He has also appeared on Fox, CBS, NBC, and ABC Phoenix, as well as various iHeart Radio podcasts, and hosts his own show, Casey’s Corner, where he discusses business leadership and community growth.
